We are a real estate investment group that has been in business in the Sandhills for over five years. We own two mobile home parks in the Lobelia, Mt. Pleasant area and a small apartment complex Aberdeen. Our mission is to provide affordable, clean, safe, and comfortable places in which to live. In return, we are seeking tenants who will respect their neighbors and the residence that they are renting. We are seeking tenants who are willing to contract for at least one year. We offer an early pay plan for qualified tenants which can reduce their monthly rent by anywhere from $25-$50 per month depending on several factors. All of our units are unfurnished with the exception of a refrigerator and stove. Some units are furnished with washers and dryers. No pets are allowed. We require a security deposit that is equal to the monthly rent.

All of our mobile homes and the Aberdeen apartments are on Progress Energy with the water being with the cities of Vass and Aberdeen respectively. Both Progress Energy and the Cities of Vass and Aberdeen require a deposit to have the utilities activated. It is the tenants responsibility to have all of these utilities placed into their name. We require a completed application which can be completed on line. There is no charge for this application. We check all references, work histories, and criminal background checks. Once your application is processed, we will contact you to arrange a time to view the inside of the unit you are applying for. We certainly encourage you to drive to the properties to make sure this is where you want to live.
